Stayed for one night before travelling onwards. Beautiful, unusual architecture. Comfortable bed, great breakfast. Our waiter at breakfast was very attentive.

"A Little gem set in the hills above San Jose"

Part of the small luxury hotels of the world collection this is a little gem that deserves its place in these ranks; stellar location sitting above the San Jose valley in Escazu, one of the cities coolest suburbs. Not that you need to leave the hotel; you can enjoy a cool beer by the gorgeous pool, dine in comfort in the prime spot restaurant. We loved our overnight here at the start of a Costa Rica 🇨🇷 Grand Tour.

Little slow over dinner service, but we were a little jet lagged also….

"Cute boutique hotel"

Very nice and elegant hotel, rooms a little dated but very clean and comfortable. The gardens are quiet, full of greens and the pool is charming. Close enough to the airport (of course, depending on the traffic, it can be between 20 and 60 minutes). The restaurant is good and the food excellent. The personnel is also very nice.
