Tuve una experiencia muy agradable en el Hotel Alta Las Palomas. Desde la llegada, el servicio fue cálido y atento, haciéndonos sentir bienvenidos en todo momento. Quiero destacar especialmente la atención de Michelle, Alexandra, Daniela, Jairo y George, quienes hicieron que la experiencia fuera realmente excepcional. Su amabilidad, disposición y profesionalismo marcan una gran diferencia. En el spa nos trataron con tanta calidez y fue un servicio increíble. Ale y Dani son grandes profesionales, y realmente se siente el cuidado en cada detalle y el enfoque genuino en el bienestar del cliente. En los restaurantes, la comida fue deliciosa y la atención de Jairol y George, excepcional. Sin duda, un equipo que eleva toda la experiencia. Las instalaciones tienen un ambiente tranquilo y acogedor, ideal para descansar y desconectarse. Además, la vista es espectacular, lo que hace todo aún más especial. Voy a volver cada vez que pueda. Además de hermoso, es un lugar que se siente especial desde el primer momento.

"Uns hat das Haus leider enttäuscht."

Wir hatten eine von zwei Nächten (rechtzeitig) stornieren müssen, trotz anderer Bestimmungen aber keine entsprechende Erstattung bekommen. Booking hat versucht, darüber mit dem Hotel zu kommunizieren, jedoch keine Antwort erhalten. Das ist das eigentliche "Vergehen".

"A wonderful boutique hotel"

A lovely hotel with kind and attentive staff. They take good care of you. The facilities are unique with an old world charm and you feel away from the city. The verandas are wonderful. We appreciated the welcome drinks. A fabulous meal at the restaurant on site.

"David, Michele and others are pretty cool"

Michele, Javier, David and all of the wonderful staff were so nice to us! Peace and blessings be with them and for all new travelers entering their aboard! Also the restaurant is pretty cool too! Gotta try their Chicken and Lamb!
