No nos dieron la habitación pactada, lo confirme en 2 ocasiones, incluso una semana antes de la estancia y cuando llegamos nos dieron otra habitación, para nosotros era importante la habitación que habíamos elegido porque era nuestra boda ese día.

Zimmer haben in den oberen Etagen einen super Blick.

Die Ankunft: wir wurden als erstes darauf hingewiesen, dass wir dort, wo wir standen, nicht parken dürfen.

Beautiful main areas

My room was in rough shape. Needs painting. Floor was dirty. Shower leaks onto floor No coffee in room One bottle of water for 3 days

We were fooled by Web and pictures. the pool 2 feet deep and cold, the room was shoddy with shower that no hot water and moss in it, and the resturant food was stale and almost inedible. we stayed one pm. had 3 more reserved but left. asked for refund but refused....... comments on web must be culled. this is not a top hotel. we left even tho lost money. dont be fooled like we were. ps. we never write reviews. too busy but obligated to warn others
