Mooi ontworpen hotel in een rustige omgeving, en over het algemeen aardig personeel dat behulpzaam was.

Het hotel was wat gedateerd en het behoefte aan onderhoud. Het restaurant was zeer duur en van een matige kwaliteit, zelf voor Costa Rica

Due to serious deficiencies in the room assigned—including the failure of having an air conditioning system and a non-functional, unsecure door that allowed bugs into our room, plus water collection in the baseboards (probable mold)—we were compelled to check out early on May 20, 2025, after only one night. These issues not only rendered the room uninhabitable but also posed a direct risk to my health, as I am a chronic pain patient with a history of multiple cervical spine surgeries. The unsecured screened doors have caused an increased exacerbation of pain symptoms to my neck and spine.
