Had sign they were doing some Reno work but it just looked dirty and didn’t see any construction work

I liked the 24/7 pantry. I liked the room and that checkout was at 12. I didnt like that I could hear the people upstairs walking and i could hear the conversations in the room next to me.

Very old rundown hotel, breakfast and coffee terrible. Did not have enough clean pillows and blankets for rollaway bed.

Kindest staff- beautiful room- excellent breakfast and service- 5 stars

We were double booked but they were very nice and gave us extra rooms to make up. However the rooms were very hot, ac would not work in two rooms. Phones in room also did not work to get a hold of front desk.

They did not show my reservation, they were trying to charge me, showed the my confirmation, so they went ahead and gave me a room, my stay is not showing up on my rewards,

The bed was comfortable. But we arrived to find the 2-bedroom unit we reserved and prepaid was not available. They gave us 2 separate rooms instead, and one of those bathrooms was still in the process of being remodeled. The pool area is full of scaffolding. Overall, very disappointing.

Convenient location and easily accessible. Staff were pleasant. Room was clean. TV is in a weird location making it hard to view when on the bed. There wasn’t much to the breakfast. Overall, we will definitely stay there again as well as recommend

The service was great. The room was a little outdated, but still fine.

The room was perfect. I rented the queen suite for the desk because I had a huge school project to do. The only problem I encountered is that they could probably use more security. A person kept knocking on my door once every five minutes for 20 minutes late one night, and another night someone was wondering around the hall saying “hello.” It was a little unsettling to me.
