Upon check in my first thoughts of my room was the awful smell of pet pee. It is not a welcoming smell. I listed I would be traveling with 2 children. Only 2 towels were left in my room. I go downstairs and wait 15 mins before someone even comes out to help. While waiting there there is a water leak from the ceiling in the breakfast area and a small cup to catch it all. Will not stay here again

The beds were too soft and I continued to roll to the middle of the bed and so did my husband. I felt like we were on top of each other all night. Also, my room was on the side of Loop 289 and the road and wind noise was bad.

Not a standout property. Pet fee to high for one night stay. Free breakfast bar was decent. I picked this hotel because it was one of the few that we’re pet friendly. If I wasn’t traveling with my pet, I would have chosen elsewhere. Not a bad expensive but, not an overall noteworthy one either.

"Needs updating and maintenance"

It was okay for a one night stay. Room needs to be updated and some maintenance issues resolved. Looked like it had water damage in the bathroom. If you get the two bedroom suite be aware that they will not allow you to have a cot or roll away bed. The beds are small for adults and my son didn't want to share a bed with his grandma. I asked for a cot and they said no, because we had six people in a three bed room. They expected there to be two people per bed. Luckily, they did give us extra bedding and he slept on the couch cushions on the floor.
