Thanksgiving morning very limited breakfast. Not at all expected. No where else to go.

I stay here every time I visit Lubbock! Love every aspect of it

I could here the people in the next room which made it hard to sleep when they still awake at 4:00 am. I was able to sleep 1 night of 3 because I think they left for 1 day. My mattress was very noisy which woke me up if I moved at night. The staff was super they were friendly and helpful I really enjoyed talking to them they were the best they made my stay better.

Bathroom and toilet too small . We have to wait till 12.00 before they allowed us to check in We came in around 10am

sofa bed was terrible refrigerator didnt work beds were so uncomfortable not a good stay

Liked the 2 bedrooms but bathroom & carpet needed some refreshing. Patio had a lot of bird poop from pigeons & hot tub & pool had some dirt in them.

Hotel was nice clean and staff was extremely helpful. I will be a return customer

Loved having the pool, and free breakfast! The staff here is the most friendly!

Pet fee seemed a bit steep. The room was clean and comfortable. The desk was really cool.
