Towneplace Suites By Marriott

The sofa was worn and was ripped on the arms. The sofa bed mattress was stained and dirty.

We chose this hotel due to its location on our road trip. The staff was very nice and appreciated their effectiveness during checking and checkout. My major complaint is that the mattress was in a dire need of a replacement. Didn’t sleep well at all. Breakfast in morning was basic and everything was kept well clean.

This place is an absolute dump. It’s at least 20 years old and not a thing has been touched since the day it opened. Can’t believe Marriott would allow this.

They do not clean the rooms, and the breakfast is not good

I was very impressed with the staff at the front desk during check in and checking out. Even the breakfast people greeted me with a smile and asked if there was something else they could help me with. I will be staying at this hotel during my future trips to Lubbock. Thanks again for your hospitality.

We enjoyed our stay, it was close to where our purpose in going was located as well as close to shopping areas.

Towels are horrible and despite being a small thing the toilet paper is the worst ever. The doors slam shut every time you go in or out. On the website it stated that a hot breakfast was included but they changed that to a continental breakfast due to the holiday. The breakfast was a big factor in the decision to book this hotel.

I like the set up of the suite. Everyone could do their thing without bothering each other or waking up each other. Next time I will ask to stay on top floor since person above me sounded like they are pacing back and forth all night and therefore was not rested for an important family event.
