Could've been cleaner

Convenient location to where I needed to be.

When I arrived it took me in excess of 20 minutes to get checked in without anyone else in line. The staff at the check in desk had no idea as to what they were doing. She had to keep looking up her password on her phone. Once I finally got to my room there was a hug unpainted/patched hole in the wall. The TV remote had the channel up and down button missing. I then took the remote back to front desk I waited 30 minutes while other people checked in. I had to keep explaining to the desk clerk what was wrong with the remote. She told me she didn’t know if they had more remotes but she would text the manager and he would call someone that might know where another remote was and they would bring it up to my room. The remote never arrived and I never heard anything else about it.

I canceled because pets were not allowed and I got charged

I did like the room

The location was great but there were no warnings about the construction and how to get there

We have stayed at this location a few times now and we have always enjoyed or stay the staff is friendly and the place is always clean.

We haven’t not liked anything about it yet.

Not much to like here. This is the 3rd year in a row we have stayed here for a baseball tournament and it has gone downhill BAD!

First things first, the guy working the front desk needs a serious conversation had with him regarding customer service, and understand that he doesn't get to just make up rules that don't exist then proceed to throw a fit like a child when you prove him wrong. Second, our baseball team collectively booked 15 rooms. Several had non working air conditioning, 2 had literally not 1 single blanket in them for 2 beds! 2 of them the shower wouldn't drain at all, that was nice considering we had dirty 11 year old baseball players that needed to wash up. Somehow the managed to run out of 99% of the items for breakfast, had no extra pillows or blankets to even accommodate for the extra beds IN THE ROOMS THAT WE PAY FOR. And to top it off we were scolded for using the rolling cart to take items to our rooms like ball gear, coolers, etc because they "weren't suitcases".

Proximity to interstate

Entire bathroom you could easily get closttropobia. Lighting was horrible throughout, carpet on floor was NASTY. Elderly lady from front desk had to send 2 Spanish speaking guys to turn on blow dryer. Every room had horrible lighting and bathroom so compact. I would NEVER EVER stay there again and NEVER recommend it. It was like a dungeon and why have maintenance staff that only speaks Spanish? Pretty sure it's the WORST hotel i ever stayed in
