No one at desk knew about outgoing mail so we went to the post office.

No hot tub and the pool is cold. Lots of patches of were it needed painting. Pool area is very dark. Not worth the price!

My only concern was the clock hadn’t been “sprung forward.” Got a little confused on the time there once. Desk clerk said they couldn’t set it that corporate had to.

Property doesn’t seem the most upkept. Burnt out bulbs, pool area seemed very dark and toilet wasn’t clean. Random things looked unfinished like patching on. The wall and a random broken bracket.
We spent one night in Room 215 which was supposed to be a one bedroom suite. This room was so cramped and poorly designed we could hardly get past each other to access the bathroom. This room has not been updated since the hotel was built and there has been not upkeep whatsoever. You have to cross over the living space to access the bathroom which is so tiny you can hardly close the door for privacy. There was a part missing on the commode, something was wrong with the bathtub facet, there was no body wash and it looked like someone broke the toiletries dispensers. It also looked like someone pried the body wash off and took it or it broke but staff didn’t care enough to repair it. Good thing I bring my own body wash, etc. The bathroom door could not be opened past the commode due to lack of space. There was damage on the wall above the commode and it looked like a fixture was removed from the wall on the right side of the sink. The bathroom floor was sticky and towels so old they were coming apart. The A/C made noise all night and flushing the commode was so loud it woke everyone up. The carpet is very old no telling what has built up on it over the years. Only one outlet for changing behind an old wood desk in bedroom. Mattress on sofa bed is so bad it should have been thrown in the trash years ago. Whatever you do don’t stay here. It’s like a homeless encampment.
