USLocation was convenient from the highway, we were passing thru late. Staff was helpful and pleasant. Room did not have any particular odor, was not humid or stale. No obvious dirt, mattresses were acceptable, better than some. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise with hot food and good variety. lots of power outlets. Room configuration was what we were looking for- 2 beds with sofa
Door handle almost didn't work at all from the outside. It unlocked correctly with the card but took some serious fidgeting to get it to open. after that we knocked to have one of us open from the inside. Ice machine out of order. Bathroom fan alarmingly loud- turned it off. Shower head was pathetic- water mostly fell gently out of the bottom of the head. Hair dryer fluctuated randomly in sound and speed with movement, so turned that off in case it was unsafe.

The hotel room I booked didn't exist. There is no double queen Hot tub suite at the Comfort Inn in Rolla Missouri. We are a family of 4. Two teenagers, boy and girl. We specifically did this suite so they would each have a bed and so I could use a Hot tub for my back. We were first put in a king suite that was listed as a DNR. Do not rent. Everything was broken. There was pee in the toilet when we got there. The second day, thanks to Julie and Blake we were put in a rentable suite but I still had a child on the floor each night. I haven't heard back from booking.com. they were supposed to call me back 2 days ago. Still waiting. Charged for a 2 night stay for a room that didn't exist, put in an unrentable suite and had a kid on the floor the whole vacation. We saved all year for this. Not very pleased.
This is a 3 at best. Old and beat up. We travel a lot and this was not great. Blanket ripped, bathroom door stuck on the toilet, mold in bathroom, refrigerator leaked, hallway walls trashed, and elevator sketchy. Desk workers friendly, and breakfast was pretty good.
