USRoom was spacious and clean - breakfast area was nice and nice assortment of food both hot and cold items.
TV cable was unplugged and took some time to figure out. Outside side door key pad didn’t work and had to walk around. Also when we arrived no one was at the desk and had to call.

USUSUSUSUSUSWe booked this property based on customer reviews and it’s hard to imagine that those people stayed at this property. It was dirty. Just because a property is old doesn’t mean it needs to be dirty - but this property is both worn and dirty. Our room smelled of people and animals. Horrible odor in the bedding and pillows. The liquid shampoo and body lotion containers were practically empty. There was waste in the bathroom potty. It was an awful.
USI had inadvertently reserved the room on 10/21 V 10/20 as it was late at night, driving in from NY for 9 hrs. This Comfort Inn suites would not transfer or honor the date change, and charged us again in full for the room again. And had us pay an additional night, and charged full cost for the room. I will NEVER use Booking.com again
