It was relaxing. Stood there because we went to universal studios. It was quiet and clean. The only downfall was there was no microwave in the rooms.

This unprecedented horrible experience should never be repeated. The proprietor unilaterally canceled my reservation, bringing disgrace upon himself and the Expedia brand. This establishment is unreliable and deceptive.

This property and owner are disgusting. He is rude and unprofessional and will YELL AT YOU ON THE PHONE and hang up on you. I was cancelling my stay within my time limit and the lady said they would happily process my refund. Then, when I called back, the man screamed at me and told me no and hung up on me multiple times. Disgusting people. Don’t EVER stay here.
