lovely hotel in a central location. Probably wouldn't suit people with mobility issues as the hotel complex is on a hill, so even reception to pool is steps etc. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Staff were amazing and beautiful pools . Great location to many great restaurants . There is a happy air in this hotel ..

Steps .. you need to climb a few steps to get to elevator .. yet staff help with luggage so only issue if not able to climb a few steps …

"Awesome Experience"

We had an awesome experience at our stay at the Best Western Phuket Hotel. The staff made us feel welcome. The attention to detail was phenomenal. Especially when Yve remembered my birthday and had flowers and plate of fruit placed in my room while we out. She continued her incredible hosting as we ran into her on her day off then took some time to take us to explore more of Karon. Her generosity and local insights made our trip even more memorable. I highly recommend anyone to stay at the Best Western Hotel.

We had a special time we arrived last Friday the 7th and left yesterday the 15th. My goodness the staff members from the kitchen to the reception were so friendly and professional. We made friends with Yve and Maung as well, others I couldn’t remember their names. Yve was so friendly, we even took a group photo with her. Thank you for making our trip so memorable. We definitely recommend the resort for anyone who wants to experience comfort, friendly staff.

"Een heel fijn hotel. Echt een aanrader!"

Het personeel was erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk. De operator mevrouw “Kwan”, verzorgde ons goed. De kamers werden elke dag schoongemaakt. Goede hygiëne en veel keuze op de menukaart. Lekker eten!
