"Best Western is actually the best"

The Thailand vacation was the best week of my entire life and it wouldn't be that good if it was a different hotel! Everything was great: people, food, service and overall atmosphere. There are several pools in the hotel with free towels, Swedish table and many other things that will make your vacation unforgettable. Among all the good staff there, I would like to mention Yve - she is the best! Very kind, very helpful and easy to talk to. I stayed at the Best Western Ocean Resort Karon Beach with my family for two weeks in July and we all had a wonderful time. The Resort is well laid out with two swimming pools and ample sun loungers for the guests to enjoy. The grounds are well maintained with beautiful flower beds and well manicured lawns. The rooms are large and well maintained with excellent WiFi and amenities. The staff were very friendly always greeting you with a friendly smile and the complimentary coffee and juice in the lobby was a lovely and welcome surprise to relax in the morning or after a day out at the beach or sightseeing. The on site laundry was also an added bonus and a very useful facility. All in all I would highly recommend this Hotel and Resort and would have no hesitation staying here again when we next visit Karon Beach.
