ibis Hotel Köln Airport

La situation n'étant pas facile en tant qu'étranger il ne parle pas français, en plus cela coûte très cher, car payer 117 € pour dormir 5h c'est énorme + 17 € pour le petit-déjeuner, et en plus les équipements n'étaient pas en bon état, puisque la planche de WC était cassée très petite chambre pour le prix autrement pour le reste... Oui on voulait rester un peu plus longtemps, mais un supplément ce que je trouve un peu honteux car on peut avoir à ce prix-là un weekend complet au terme de Spa.

Le prix excessivement très cher pour une petit chambre ibis ce n'est pas non plus à 5 étoiles à ce prix-là on peut aller ailleurs avec petit déjeuner compris pour 2 personnes

Habitaciones

Personal ineficiente me cobraron dos noches de parking cuando solo se usó una, ya que no podían controlar cuando subía o no la barrera . Me cobraron 47€ por el desayuno de una niña dos días. Personal bastante seco y borde, una experiencia muy desagradable.

The guy on the night shift was very welcoming. The hotel was clean.

The other staff was a little unfriendly. Had a problem with the parking.

The guy at the reception messed up the reservations and gave the same room to two different guests, so someone else managed to enter my room while I was inside with the door locked

To summarise: Great value for a very convenient overnight stay close the Cologne Bonn Airport with very attentive and friendly staff. We stayed in the hotel, so we could catch an early flight from Cologne Bonn Airport without the hassle of being up all night. Leaving the hotel, we reached the airport within 10 minutes. The super friendly and helpful staff at the reception desk booked the taxi for us and our ride arrived within less than 5 minutes. The reception desk was open 24h and in the reception area drinks and food could be purchased at any time, you could even heat ready made meals. The hotel and the rooms were basic but very clean and in good condition and of very good value. The hotel is a stone throw away from the underground, so it's easily accessible by public transport as well as by autobahn. Take away, a convenience store and a petrol station are in close proximity. I felt safe, secure and well looked after.

The surrounding area is not exactly scenic but that was not important for us.
