"Overpriced, nickel and dime charges."

1 of our rooms didn't come through the booking.com reservation. It took a long time but the staff fixed it and they were very kind along the way.

Morning staff were miserable with a short temper for simple questions. Charged 6 euro for using the wrong coffee machine after paying for breakfast. Parking in the dedicated lot is charged. Nickel and dime for everything along the way.
