"Some good (staff) some not so good- room readiness and breakfast."

Room was not ready until 5:15. But staff at the front desk handled the unpleasant situation professionally with polite and friendly service.

"Great Bistro experience"

Desiree and viya were fantastic at the bistro. We came down as a group for a tournament and hit the line hard, and all at once. With patience and calm, Desiree and Viya accommodated all of us with smiles and great customer service. Thank you for getting our morning started strong!

"The breaking into my vehicle ruined everything. What shopping we did was fun. We made the best of it though."

It’s very convenient to the area

My vehicle was broken into on their property and they even had a security patrol car in their parking lot over night. ( another vehicle next to mine was also hit) the window was shattered out during a snow storm on a very early Saturday morning. Two hour drive home with no window in the cold really sucked. One staffer at the front desk was kinda rude. The others were very nice and helpful. I probably wouldn’t stay at this property again.

"Christmas Getaway"

great location for shopping Easton! The room was quiet, clean and we got a room that faced the city center, and was beautiful with the Christmas decorations and lights.
