Excellent as expected. Warm welcome and comfortable beds. Breakfast at the Bistro was delicious. Loretta took our orders and was kind and accommodating.

Encountered Ms. Loretta at the bistro. She was very worm exemplified the spirit of Columbus. I watched how she interacted with the other guests and left everyone saying wow at how she treated us. She is truly a jewel. We'll remember her and the hotel the next time we come town...

I’ve stayed here multiple times because it is consistently on point. The staff is so stinking friendly, and the rooms are always immaculate. Just wanted to swing by again to say thanks for another great stay. The kids loved it!

Great job by the Starbucks staff - they were friendly and accommodating!!! Our room was clean. My only complaint is the lack of USB chargers - there were only 2 - there are plenty of regular plugs but we didn’t have power blocks so we could only charge 2 phones at a time. Boo-hoo.

The breakfast service was perfect! Great food options (including modifications), friendly, helpful and kind. A+. Carla is the sweetest!

The rooms were clean and newly renovated, and the bed was pretty comfortable. We stayed for two nights, so we expected housekeeping service after the first night. We did not get it. They told us that you only get that every other day. Well, the towels were not great and we like fresh towels. They were not reusable in my opinion. After I requested them, we were able to go the front desk and get them though. The tables in the lobby/restaurant were dirty. It doesn't sound like much, I guess. But, there were no customers there . the employees could see that, but they did not do anything about it. It would only take a minute to go over and wipe them off. That matters to me. The room was quiet and a good value.
