"Good but slow"

Michele was nice and calm. The service was way too slow. The same person taking the orders was cooking. Took 1 hour to get a vagueo that was only toasted with cream cheese on the side! Another person stepped in to help and the se one day the experience was much better

"It’s the little things that matter"

So let’s start with the good - great location (you can walk to shops and restaurants at Easton Town Center), right by a Trader Joe’s to pick up snacks, etc, staff are very friendly and the room was comfortable. But ultimately it’s in the details - no decaf coffee anywhere on property including the free coffee in the lobby as well as the Starbucks kiosk, when my wife went to get a regular cup the following morning there were no more 1/2 and 1/2 creamers - not just by the coffee but anywhere (front desk went looking and there were still none out the following morning). Lastly, Sunday morning showers were a bit brisk as the hot water failed to appear. All in all as a Marriott Gold Member I was a bit disappointed.

"Very welcoming felt like they were happy to have us"

Desiree in the bar was so friendly. She was really helpful and honestly I haven’t had service like that in a long time! My 6 year old couldn’t even stop saying how nice she was! All the employees have been very accommodating since our arrival. Again…. That’s not something I have experienced very often. Thank you to Desiree for making our night that much better and everyone else.
