Courtyard Columbus Easton

Christina and Tayuana did an amazing job with their service the restaurant bistro. I really enjoyed the food and hospitality. Would recommend this restaurant for others in the future.

I wanted to write in because I know more often than not you recieve complaints and I always try to let people know when they have someone who models exceptional service. Iirsha at the Courtyard Easton on Morse Road, is that person. As soon as I walked in to check in I was acknowledged, the friendly chatter back and forth felt like I was talking to a long time friend. She was attentive and answered the questions promptly. She also took interest in a show that I recommended that will be in the area later this year after the small talk during check in. Its always a pleasure to find someone that makes a hotel feel like your home while you are away from home. I have stayed at many hotels and her customer service stood out above the rest, the rest of the staff was also friendly, but having interacted multiple times with her during my stay, I wanted to specifically highlight her. Please pass on my thanks, I already had the intention of writing in but after a terrible experience at the airport, her kindness is even more appreciated.

Real nice people and the foods was great .They made sure that everything was done correctly. I had the eggs your way , and they cooked the eggs perfectly .

Yes in a shopping area

Stayed one night. They put us on the 3rd floor facing the street. We heard vehicles all night long going by. Our view was of an overflowing dumpster with trees behind it. Not the view I was hoping for. The staff at this hotel were nice. Hotel is nice and clean inside. In the morning we came down and ordered breakfast. The ladies were very nice and helpful. The food was good too, however I felt the prices were high. The location is excellent for shopping at Easton Town Center.

The room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was really good in the morning and with a 12:00 pm check out you didn’t feel rushed in the morning. Overall it was a good experience

Loretta and Christina made our visit 10 out of 10. They were so friendly and attentive - as empty nester moms we had a great chat with them about all the feels of sending your kids off to school. They kept our coffee filled - oh and the bacon

Christina was awesome! She was so helpful, cheery and just delightful! The atmosphere was very condiment to all amenities and easy access to the airport!
