Quality Inn & Suites Loves Park near Rockford

Older model and a lil dirty, WoodSpring suites in right around the corner with a much cleaner atmosphere.

The bed was extremely comfortable along with the pillows.

The dryer stopped working mid dry and we landed up out of $6. Although we were giving the housekeeping dryer to use there should've been a sign about it. Housekeeping never came until the last day around 9 and tried to enter without knocking four times. Check out wasn't until 11 so our sleep was interrupted. Not sure that we will be going back.

Room service didn't clean the fridge. And nobody was at the service desk for 5 to 10 minutes to check anyone in

We stayed here one night. Breakfast was great! Room was nice, quiet and spacious. Enjoyed it.

I was woke up by a group of people / family looks like who knocked my door around 9:00pm while I was sleeping , they were given the same room key as mine , unfortunately … so they open the door but I locked inside they couldn’t get in and they tried to knock/ push hard etc … not their fault but the hotel’s … very bad experience and very concerns their professionalism

The price for what was offered - room, breakfast, workout room, and pool. And the flexibility of staff, they opened the pool up for our family earlier as there weren´t many guests staying.

There were some parts of the room that weren´t cleaned. Like food on the wall/ceiling. But understandable how the housekeeper may have missed them.

I believe this hotel is new. It was out from town somewhat with a corn field next door on one side. The breakfast was continental. The rooms were spacious and the sink was outside of the bathroom. I like that so i can comb my hair etc while someone else is in the bathroom

Not much to walk around and do, would be nice if there was a trail nearby.
