TownePlace Suites Knoxville Cedar Bluff

Comfortable - exceptably clean ,and in our "case" we were in Knoxville for doctor appts., location was good. Delicious breakfast each a.m.

Everyone was lovely and professional. It’s a great place to stay and was a convenient location

Well equipped room but hear noises outside and from the room above. Location convenient to numerous restaurants

Rooms size and clean - air conditioning and thermostat worked well . Comfortable room

Very thin walls and ceilings - upstairs neighbor kept us awake till 2 pm - a pity because the rest was good - staff did try to set it right by giving us loyalty points which we appreciate

I have been a Bonvoy Marriott member for a long time and stay at Marriott chains frequently. We recently went townePlace suites Cedar Bluff location in Knoxville TN. it was absolutely nasty. the floors were gross, the room smelled musty, water stains all over the ceiling, bathroom light would not work, tub was stained and cracking all around the drain, we had to leave, as I was not comfortable staying. they would not cancel our room and still charged us a night stay. they did discount it, but that is not really sufficient, especially given my long time loyalty. This hotel is a DUMP!
