Beach Quarters Resort

Had two rooms reserved and wanted them connected as one,but upon arrival rooms were not. They were side by side but no door way between the two internally. The mattress in both rooms were not comfortable at all. They sunk way down like almost wore out. Wasn’t firm at all.

Living room furniture was absolutely filthy! We saw bugs and roaches in our bathroom and kitchen. Our microwave died during stay. Rather than swapping out the broken one, we were brought a small portable one to use which due to limited outlets had to be set on the stove top. The stove’s on/off buttons had to be pulled off in order for the microwave door to have space to open/close so we could only use one or the other at a time. Very inconvenient for preparing meals. Extremely disappointed in Hilton.

The staff was amazing and super duper courteous. We enjoyed the gym and sauna that is free to guest and the view was pretty

It was INFESTED with roaches. We killed at least a few dozen, they were in the kitchen, bathtub, even the toilets. We had to buy laundry sanitizer and the strongest alcohol we could to make sure we didnt track them with us. It was all clean at first glance, but as soon as you looked closer, it was filthyyyyyyyy. It is also closer to the military base and makes sleeping a little rough with helicopters and jets flying by every 20 minutes, but that isn't the hotel's fault at all, just something that was a bit negative. I wish we could have loved it, we did before we saw the bugs and yuck to it.

We come twice every year and enjoy our stay here. It's quiet and walkable to our favorite restaurants. Although the parking lot is a little tight we enjoy the covered parking facilities. The staff are courteous and greet us whenever we see them throughout the hotel.
