Beach Quarters Resort

I am satisfied overall from my stay. The full kitchen facility with big refrigerator, stove, cooking pots, plates, cups, utensils is great. Awesome ocean view and resort amenities. There is business or work center, but it can be improved with work station type booths with additional monitors to use with my laptop. Or addition of work desk and chair in the room will be awesome.

We loved the kitchenette! It was a perfect little getaway especially for us (senior couple) who ate in the room just enjoyed the oceanfront view.

This is a no smoking hotel but unfortunately the smell of smoke was everywhere whenever we went outside. We were in room 801 so must have been a neighbor. This was very concerning due to breathing in those toxins. Inconsiderate guests!

Beautiful ocean view! My only complaint was people smoking on the balcony both pot and cigarettes beside us there’s big signs all over $500 fine and eviction hoping we didn’t get the blame. It was bad. Other than that loved it! The room had a lot of towels, a little dishwasher, there was shampoo conditioner body lotion, nice silverware and knives, plates, tea coffee cups coffee, maker, and coffee and teabags. We stayed in a double bed suite as I get up early and he sleeps in so I go out front and hang out and don’t bother him. The beach was lovely. Lots of military planes and choppers flying above we loved it.

Clean, nice size rooms, kitchen amenities, loved the balcony view! Jon was very helpful at check-in! The original room assigned was on the 1st floor, which was not what I wanted ( no balcony/ocean view) and he upgraded us to a higher floor and made several great recommendations for local food. His assistance is what made this stay so positive!

Parking Garage is REALLY tight, but parking was free and managed to get my mid-size SUV through it. Would not take a larger vehicle in though!

perfect view of the beach!! room was very clean! location ia perfect! we were able to park and walk every where.

Ocean view was unbeatable! Staff was super friendly and helpful. Location was perfect; close to everything, but quiet. Only 'complaint' would be needs minor repairs/updates. Doors were rusty and hard to shut and/or open. Would definitely stay there again.
