Breakfast was okay. Had to buy water?

A bottle or 2 of water in the room would have been appreciated

The gentleman at the front desk was friendly, courteous, and very professional. The place was clean, so was the room. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. Husband enjoyed a great breakfast. He said the pancakes were "very, very good", which is a plus since, according to him, he makes the best pancakes. The location is great, close to the interstate. You can walk to Beef O'Brady's (by the parking lot), or take a very short drive to any fast food place. It's also close to gas stations and a Walmart Supercenter.

The staff was friendly and made our stay a wonderful experience. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. We enjoyed our stay and will return. .

I liked everything

Close to my overall destination and a main highway. The beds were comfortable.

The hallways outside the rooms smelled very musty The room did not seem like it had been cleaned very good. There was half empty shampoo, bottle and shower gel in the shower still, there was dust on the walls by the mirror in the bed. There was dried fluid on on the wall walls in the bathroom, the sink was small. The caulking was coming off from the wall of it.

This is my booking confirmation 85515EE038523. I'm unsure who I should contact, but I want to share my experience at the hotel. While the manager on duty was very polite, there were numerous issues. On the first night, the bathroom in my room was filthy, with hair everywhere and a toilet that appeared to have never been cleaned. I was moved to a second room, but the bathroom was still unclean, so I used my own cleaning supplies to tidy up. On the last night, the mirror behind the bed nearly fell on my son and me. I had to hold it up to prevent it from falling and tried to call the front desk for help, but the phone in my room was not working. I had to prop the mirror up as best I could, leave my sleeping son on the other bed, and run downstairs for assistance. This was a horrible experience for me. And I hope y'all do better in the future.

The pancake machine was neat. The beds were super comfortable
