The location

The front desk clerk who am assuming is also the owner was very rude and sneaky. When I asked if he took a copy of my debit card, he denied he did and said he only made a copy of my license. When I asked to see the copy, both my card and ID were on there. He then said he had to keep my card on file. He acted annoyed when I asked to scratch off half of my numbers. We constantly felt like we were being watched. The ice machines only work in the 1st floor in front of the desk, and when I went for coffee, they watched every move. I was also deducted from my deposit, and when I asked for the reason, he said because my daughter wasn't under 13. Silly me, I thought underage was 18 in the US. NEVER AGAIN will I stay here, and I recommend noone else should either.

"Horrible don’t stay here!!!!"

The representative that helped me at checkout listed my kids as adults when I kept telling him their ages and even have proof they are kids. Then breakfast was horrible they had only cereal and toast and they said they didn’t restock breakfast. Very rude!!!!!!!

Staff was not helpful when it came to my deposit. And i would hardly call this having breakfast. Waffles and white bread are not it.
