Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham San Antonio North/Stone Oak

The location of the property was the only thing good about it.

The check in the hotel staff was having a screaming match with one guest but I gave it the benefit of the doubt but they later proved it was not the other patrons fault, i know now you get what you pay for and it was cheap for a reason.

The location was good. It was right off the highway.

I would like to bring to your attention an issue we experienced during our stay. The first night the guests in the room next to ours were engaging in very loud intimate activity during the night, and the sounds were clearly audible in our room. This was very uncomfortable and disruptive, especially as my 15-year-old daughter was present and could hear everything. We were unable to rest properly because of the noise, and it made for an unpleasant experience overall. I hope management takes steps to ensure better sound control and guest consideration in the future. Also, breakfast was very limited, I understand it doesn’t have to be all out, but there was no jelly for the waffles. Not enough variety for muffins only lemon, and maybe like two blueberry the first day. The second day it was only lemon. Also the water in the tub didn’t drain. The second day was not as bad as the first one. There was a family with kids. The kids were trying to open the door that connected the rooms but they couldn’t m. They were loud and went to bed kind of late. The noise in the hotel could be heard very clearly!

Our room was really clean and comfortable. Right when we walked in the building, the vibes were nice and the front desk guy was really helpful and attentive.

The staff in the morming were not very friendly at all. No good morming or smiles.

The room was very clean, and hotel was very nice, I love the view of the city and the parking was easy to get in and out of, the staff was nice and if needed I will be going here again, 8 out of 10, love

The elevator was a bit jumpy, 60$ on top of what I paid for deposit seemed a bit high, I wish the bathtub was a touch bigger but mostly I wish the breakfast had more protein, no meats or eggs, just cereal and toast
