"Great location, ok accommodation"

Location - on the harbour, and very close to a boat trip we took which was nice. An easy walk to Santa Catalina. Also loved Bar nosso behind the hotel, best meal have had in a long time. Had a sea view and lovely to see the harbour from the bedroom.

Pool was nice but sadly it wasn't open until 10am and it would have been nice to have a swim pre breakfast - thought that was a bit odd. Rooms are a bit tired as other reviews say, didn't feel 4 star. Could have been improved with small touches like a water fountain to fill up bottles - an eco touch! Perfectly serviceable but nothing to rave about.

Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen, Zimmer mit Blick auf den Hafen. Das Frühstück ist super!

Uns wurde bei Ankunft Zimmer 105 angeboten, weches sofort frei wäre. Leider wurden uns die Nachteile nicht erläutert. Wir hätten es sonst auf keinen Fall genommen, sondern gerne noch auf unser ursprüngliches Zimmer gewartet! Zimmer 105 ist eine Zumutung und dürfte nicht zum normalen Preis vermietet werden!! Es liegt direkt über Bar, Frühstücksraum und Pool - und vor allem direkt über der Automatiktür zum Poolbereich, deren laut brummendes Motorgeräusch bei jedem Öffnen der Schiebetür im Zimmer nervtötend hörbar ist . Dazu kommen bis spät abends grölende Partygäste und Bargeräusche. Ab ca. 5.30 Uhr wird man dann wieder durch die Automatiktür und Frühstücksvorbereitungen geweckt! Diese Lärmbelästigungen werden dem Hotel bekannt sein und hätten uns vorher zumindest gesagt werden müssen! Außerdem ist der Safe defekt.

Great location right by the ports

Got put in a twin room after booking a double room. Got put with a view of a wall when I’d paid for Ocean view. Staff were ok on the desk. Rooms were cleaned every day which was good, but the rooms were generally just tired and rundown and needed a good refurbishment.
