Courtyard by Marriott Lebanon

I had a wedding to attend 10 minutes away. About 6 mi away. I had trouble checking in via online. The hotel's website lacked much information. It never indicated that there wasn't a breakfast included. It also didn't indicate that they didn't have blow dryers in the rooms. Really? No blow dryers in the room. It's 2025 that's extremely inconvenient I called the hotel to "check in" because the hotel's website wasn't functioning properly and I got an error message. Concierge told me that I couldn't check in by calling. Really? That would be impossible for me to check in and give my name and put a credit card on account? This imbecile told me ' I should keep trying to check in online" or check in once I got to the hotel" I know it would be a later night and the app wasn't working for me to do so and I wasn't going to risk losing my room before checking in on time. I also asked the concierge to verify if there was a shuttle bus from the venue back and forth to the hotel and my answer was. " I'm not sure." How is the concierge not privy to any of this information? And then when I arrived? "Check in" I had to wait nearly 10 minutes for somebody to come up to the front desk. They can't even offer you coffee in the morning .I will never ever recommend this hotel. It was such a disappointment

Nice area, staff was excellent. No in in-room microwave. Some outdoor lighting needs repaired in the parking areas at the end of the building.

Great staff

This was a nice clean hotel, and for the most part it was actually very quiet as well. But it’s a hotel so you can always expect to hear somebody pacing Around the room on the floor above you. The products were decent. I actually forgot my own shampoo/conditioner and soap, but I wouldn’t hesitate to use these again. In fact, since I may be traveling back to this hotel, I wouldn’t even bother bringing my own. Might as well save some space in the luggage. It was great to have a little Starbucks in the lobby, it’s not what you’d expect from a normal Starbucks, but it was the same coffee and they had a mini of the same food products. I enjoyed the avocado toast and a colleague of mine ordered the breakfast burrito. We both enjoyed them. And the staff that managed this area was extremely friendly. In the evenings, I didn’t notice if they served food, but we did stop and share a pint before calling it for the night. Many other travelers used it to hang out and catch up, we even saw some people bring their own board games. The only issue I had during the entire stay was apparently I had the only room with a tree branch that proceeded to scrape against the window and cause a horrible sound inside. It would’ve been nice if somebody would’ve come to check it out rather than giving me the only option of packing up my belongings and moving them to a new room, I was too tired and not interested in doing that, so I ended up sucking it up. Hopefully they resolve this for the next person, but it looks to me like this overgrowth has been there for a little while. I would recommend The hotel as it’s in a great location for this area and it was a comfortable stay…

This is a reasonably priced hotel with very comfortable basic amenities. It appears that all the rooms come equipped with a small refrigerator, which is always helpful. Its location was perfect for us as we were visiting family closer to New York City. It’s only a short drive to get to the suburban parts of New Jersey west of New York City. I also believe that train service into the city is available not too far away. But that would be definitely over an hour trip. The hotel is in a nice semi rural area with many recreational activities at the reservoir and in the nearby small mountains. I would in particular recommend visiting the Hunterdon County Arboretum a few miles away. We visited it last summer; it was very nice. The staff is friendly and helpful. My only small complaint would be that there is not always somebody available at the front desk.

The truck noise from interstate 78 was very loud in the room. I had to turn on white noise to drown it out.

Very clean and safe….easy to find!

Facilities were the same as pictures and the our stay was perfect!

At first they gave the wrong room type but staff was very kind and solved our problem easily
