Stay at Alice Springs Hotel

The staff were wonderful, the location was terrific and the facilities were great.

The staff are very helpful and it was great to be able to leave luggage safely whilst doing the Larapinta walk. It's also great being right in town - the hotel backs on to Todd Mall (Alice Springs Bakery is just around the corner and a strong recommend!)

The room I had was on the ground floor - it's off the courtyard which is a smoking area, so the room did smell a little bit like cigarette smoke (not too much, but noticeable when I walked in). Also, the 'window' is on to the car park so you can't really open the curtains, and if cars come in late or go out early you can hear them. So that's not great either. I've stayed before in different rooms that were nicer than the one I was in this time around, but it was only for one night so I didn't bother asking for a change of room.

Location. Easy to find, about 10mins on foot to woolies. Staff - helpful and professional. Room - clean even the toilet. It was well kept. We had enough space for the two of us and all of our stuff. There was a fridge and telly. We wete on the first floor so even though it was accessed by stairs, it wasnt difficult. The place was also quiet even at night. We slept well.

Great location in CBD across the road from Todd River bed Easy walk to lots of places of interest.

The rooms did not really have any view; they seemed to all face out onto driveways, carparks etc.
