"You get what you pay for."

The location was great. Quick 5 minute walk along the river to the main town centre. Enjoyed the easy walks Anzac Hill, Todd River and the markets on the Sunday. It was cheap accommodation

Beds are terrible. The rooms are right next to the carpark so very noisy and you cant open the blinds as the walk ways are right next to the windows and to get to breakfast you have to go through the car park.
