Motel 6-Indianapolis, IN - Southport

This is one of the Best motel 6 I have ever stayed.They have a clean room with fresh linens .My pets stayed free for all 4 nights and staffs are Very professional and kind .Will be back soon ….

There were bugs and cockroaches lol in the room pluss on bed be carefull. Me nd my friend just checkin there and the same time we had did our checkout lol she got scared cause theree weee alot

Pool was open

No clean towels the entire time we were there. No shampoo or conditioner (forgot mine) snack machines almost empty

Everything was great

I didn't like it because when I went to check out at 8:00 AM there were NO CARTS for me to use to take my things to my car. When I ask the clerk about it I was told guest must have kept them in their rooms.

I booked a room got in touch by email on my arrival time I showed up at 5:30 was told there's something wrong with the computer that the young lady said she can't over ride the computer she made a phone call I talked to another young lady she then told me she was on the west side of Indianapolis and would be there in about 30 minutes and she apologized I said it's ok I'll wait out side in my car she should up 40 minutes later and said she can't over ride the computer I then let her know that I didn't understand that she meant so I ask what do you mean she repeated her self again that she can't override the computer I said ok now what do I do I booked the room through booking .com what do I need to do to get a room she then said the owner will not rent you a room anymore I said are you kidding me why not she did say anything else I then asked her can I talk to the owner she didn't say anything just shook her head no and there is two guys behind me said you heard what she said you need to leave so I left went out to the car and called booking.com and talk to her representative there explained everything to him he said there's no refunds if I canceled I explained to him I did not cancel they would not let me rent a room and would not tell me why as I explained this to him a dozen times and then he finally understood I did not cancel they just would not rent me a room and wouldn't tell me why so it wasn't me that canceled it was them so I should get my money back . And I wouldn't send anybody that hotel the way they treated me
