Radisson Blu Hotel Krakow

Had a wonderful stay at the Radisson Blu Krakow. The hotel is a short walk away from Old Town, across a beautiful park, and accessible by car - no need to lug your bags like you would if you stayed in Old Town. The staff was friendly and efficient. The room and bathroom was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable and we slept well. We also had curbside pick up for our tour to Auschwitz. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend!

ארוחת הבקר בסיסית, אין מגוון, רק שני סוגי לחמים, אין לחמניות, היינו במספר בתי מלון בפולין וזו הארוחה הדלה ביותר. חדר האוכל רועש וצפוף, כמעט שלא מפנים צלחות. עקב אילוץ הוספנו לילה שלישי וגבו מאיתנו מחיר מוגזם.

I had a wonderful experience at the Radisson Blu in Krakow. Cleanliness was impeccable throughout the entire hotel, and the staff was incredibly efficient, handling all my requests with a smile. The room was truly comfortable, featuring a super cozy bed, a huge TV, and excellent air conditioning. I also really appreciated the beautiful view and the nice touch of having complimentary bathrobes and slippers ready for me. Breakfast was another highlight—delicious and with an incredibly wide variety of choices. Even though the dining room got a bit crowded, the staff was extremely polite and did a fantastic job of promptly replenishing everything. I also loved the little details that make a difference, like the refreshing welcome water station by the reception desk and the convenience of the elevator going directly down to the garage. That being said, there were a couple of minor things that could be improved. At €35 per night, the garage parking fee felt definitely a bit too expensive. Also, as a frequent guest of the Radisson chain, I was quite disappointed to find that the classic individual shampoo and shower gel miniatures have been replaced by large, wall-mounted dispensers. Lastly, looking at the finer details of a five-star standard, the toilet paper felt a bit cheap, there was no liner in the bathroom wastebasket for hygienic disposal, and the toilet seat was loose and wobbly. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and I absolutely recommend this property!

Bardzo miły personel, prośby room service realizowane w bardzo szybkim tempie, bardzo dobre jedzenie w restauracji i duże porcje, wygodne łóżko i przestronny pokój, czystość pokoju, blisko do najważniejszych atrakcji Krakowa, bliskość parku i sklepów, spełnili prośbę urodzinową bez jakichkolwiek problemów za co jestem bardzo wdzięczna

Widać, że hotel ma swoje lata, korytarze są stare i przytłaczające. Śniadanie nie spełnia standardu hotelu z 5 gwiazdkami. Bardzo mały wybór szwedzkiego stołu, jedzenie raczej kiepskiej jakości i nie wygląda smacznie, mały wybór jedzenia na zamówienie podczas śniadania, stołówka jest stara

Soggiorno eccellente, comfort e servizi di alto livello! Ho avuto un'ottima esperienza al Radisson Blu di Cracovia. La pulizia è stata impeccabile in tutta la struttura e tutte as mie richieste sono state esaudite dallo staff con grande efficienza. Cosa ho apprezzato di più: La camera: Davvero confortevole, dotata di un letto comodissimo, una TV grandissima e un'aria condizionata ottima. Molto gradita la presenza di comfort come accappatoio e ciabattine, oltre a una vista bellissima. La colazione: Buonissima e vastissima, con tantissima scelta. Anche se la sala era un po' affollata, i camerieri sono stati gentilissimi e molto efficienti nel rimpiazzare immediatamente tutto ciò che finiva. I dettagli che fanno la differenza: All'ingresso della reception c'è un angolo con acqua di benvenuto per rinfrescarsi, un'attenzione davvero piacevole. Inoltre, la comodità dell'ascensore che arriva direttamente fino al garage è un grande punto a favore. Nel complesso un soggiorno perfetto. Struttura assolutamente consigliata

Punti negativi da segnalare: Prezzo del parcheggio: 35€ a notte per il garage è un prezzo decisamente un po' troppo caro. Set di cortesia in bagno: Da cliente abituale della catena Radisson, mi è dispiaciuto molto non trovare più i classici campioncini individuali di bagnoschiuma e shampoo. Ora c'è solo il contenitore grande attaccato al muro. Dettagli della camera e del bagno: * La carta igienica non sembrava all'altezza di un hotel a 5 stelle. Mancava il sacchetto di protezione nel cestino dei rifiuti per poter buttare l'organico in modo igienico. La tazza del water che si siede traballava e non era fissata bene e fa rumore. Hotel ha lo spa ma non ha la piscina interna, strano per un albergo 5 stelle.

Good stay. Stayed here for 3 days. Easy check in. Paid onsite. Good location. Good service and breakfast was good. Room size was average. Easy to get around; not far from the airport.
