Radisson Blu Hotel Krakow

Very disappointing stay. The room had a cracked sink, dirty carpet, and a stale, poorly ventilated atmosphere. There was no complimentary drinking water in the room. The carpets in the corridors were dirty, and the furniture in the lobby was damaged. Overall, the hotel felt poorly maintained and not properly cleaned. Breakfast service was chaotic, with food left scattered and not replenished properly towards the end. Cleanliness and attention to detail were clearly lacking. The valet experience was unbelievable. The parking attendant appeared not to know how to operate the entrance barrier. Due to his incompetence and lack of training, the barrier struck the car. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about staff qualifications and guest safety. Overall, this hotel falls far below the standards expected for its category, and I would not recommend staying here.

Hotel is perfectly located at the border of Old town, with a tram stop in front of the hotel. Rooms are big, well decorated, bathroom is spacious and modern

We had a great stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in an excellent location, only a 5–10 minute walk from the town centre. The tram was easily accessible, and the train station with airport connections was just a short distance away.

Die Lage ist top! Sehr saubere Bett- und Frotteewäsche. Das Bett war sehr bequem. In unserem Zimmer wurde ein Bademantel und Hausschlappen zur Verfügung gestellt. Wasser kann an einer Wasserstation beliebig bezogen werden - kalt, zimmertemperatur oder sprudelnd. Zimmerservice auch nachts möglich. Reichliches Angebot zum Frühstück. Alternativen bei Gluten- als auch Laktoseintoleranz vorhanden.

Teppich bei Stauballergie nicht so geeignet. Parkplatz ist teuer (leider "normal" im Zentrum von Krakau).
