I booked this hotel for overnight accommodations and meeting space as part of a group work trip. Daniella and Kelsey are phenomenal and made sure our group had everything they needed! Working with them is a breeze. Every time we've stayed here it is a seamless experience and folks feel really cared for. I am grateful we found this hotel and look forward to booking more trips in the future!

Location and breakfast were great. Staff was fantastic.

The thermostat in our room was broken and it was so hot in there like a sauna. No shampoo or conditioner in the shower they were empty.

"A wonderful experience."

We booked a king room and requested an upper room. On arrival we were given a room on the top floor, and when we opened the door to go in were bowled over by the beautiful view. The room, itself, was very nice, as well.

staff location comfort were all good. Nighly rate amd extra cost for parking are too high for portland maine

Samil at the front desk was so kind and was a great start to our stay! Our room was clean and the view of the port was incredible.

There was no fan in the bathroom and the bed/pillows were very uncomfortable
