"Amazing Mallorca property. Truly wonderful service"

The hotel is first class, a gem just outside of Palma. The staff was truly customer focused, and the hotel amenities were magnificent. Awesome poolside experience. Truly outstanding spa and services offered. Meals in the restaurant, both breakfast and dinner consistently delicious. We would highly recommend the property and will definitely return.

"£12 for a tea and coffee in the morning!!!!!!"

Everything is fantastic at this hotel, rooms are clean, staff are friendly, location is AMAZING, you will find waking up to the sunshine breaking out above the ocean as one of the best experiences that the world has to offer but the best thing that the hotel doesn't offer is tea and coffee facilities in the room and in order to get a hot cuppa in the morning to enjoy that beautiful sunrise in your big comfy bed you will have to order room service and pay £6 a cup. The staff said it was maybe because I was British that this was an issue.... but I have stayed in many a hotel around the world and in even the lowest budget hotels there are drinks facilities in the room. They do however provide a bottle of complimentary tap water in the evening.

"The lady loved it!"

It was excellent in every respect – half board option included a delicious evening (Mallorcian style) meal and breakfast. Excellent, well trained Spanish staff, really nice, well equipped spa; had an absolutely lovely room – one of those two, right at the top, in the ‘attico’- with splendid views over the sea to east and south. We … most importantly, SHE loved it!! They must’ve spent a fortune over the last few years making it so very nice.
