"Maricel Love"

A Thanksgiving getaway to the Mediteranean meant a luscious off-season week at this wonderful palace draping the coastline on the Bay of Palma. Terrace room upgrade with dramatic sea views plus exquisite breakfast and engaged service provided for a delightfully memorable stay. Will return, period!

"Exceptional"

We had another fantastic stay at the Hospice Maricel and missed not being able to travel there over the past 12 months. The staff were lovely as always and they made sure everything was taken care of. The stay was perfect and we are looking forward to going back again next summer

The location is beautiful. The food excellent. However for a 5 star hotel the service is poor. The worst service is reception. Disorganised. Confused and rude. Disappointing

"give it a month or so"

Not fully staffed yet so service was poor. Long waits for drinks and room service. Great hotel but if you can’t give 5* service then don’t open and charge 500euro a night
