The location directly on the water is excellent. Pool and outdoor areas are lovely. We had concerns about the size of our room and the lack of bathroom storage. We were approached within 24 hours by the management who graciously expressed their appreciation of our critique and solved the problem. We were very impressed when given an upgrade for the last 2 nights of our 5 night stay. All staff are very personable. Breakfast buffet is great.

The setting is to die for, the food and wine are superb, the staff is top notch and the hotel overall is just beautiful and serene. Highly recommended

Superb hotel. Nice spa. Stayed in the winter. Could do with some coffee offered poolside when residents sitting by the pool in the sun even during the winter. Pool is quite small as is the pool in the spa. Room service menu is a bit limited. Overall a ‘you get what you pay for’ five star hotel

The stay was amazing. The front desk was beyond accommodating when we decided we wanted to do a vineyard tour by ourselves. They created an itinerary for us and contacted each vineyard to inform them we’d be coming. It was an amazing trip.

Friendly welcoming staff. Good location to seafront. Breakfasts were beautifully laid out. Restaurant food good. If coming back to Majorca would stay at the Hospes Maricel, Calvin.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay here. Would definitely recommend based on the location, comfort and staff who were all so helpful and friendly.

The hotel is without doubt beautiful and located at an ideal location. However, the staffs act as if they own the property- impudent, rude, and just plainly undelightful. I stayed at the annex building suite with a pool but the room wasn’t cleaned well and the pool was very dirty. Footprints were visual dusts were everywherr. and There were some parties so it was loud and noisy. The worst part was room service. The food brought looked like microwaved meals and croquettes were unedibly burnt. Calling for service was a hassle since the lines were always busy and this was just not the best serviced hotel at all. Highly disappointed.
