Had to switch rooms first night put us in another was alright but still dirty floor dirty fireplace was dirty looking then toilet would not flush called desk never received call return went down and stated they do Not have a plunger we had to buy one ourselves.

Generally run down. Hallways dark and several doors looked like a bear had clawed on them. Floors were dirty; there was dirt caked in the corners of the bathroom floor. Linens clean but worn; we got 1 hand towel and washcloth per day for 2 of us. Fridge was wobbly. AC cooled but didn't pull out the humidity. Huge disappointment for the price. It put a damper on our entire weekend.

The check in was slow. Hotel grounds was dirty trashy. Elevator was broke. Building doesn’t look good. Owner don’t take pride in the hotel. Maintenance didn’t fix the tub. It was clogged.

Location is awesome. Staff at front desk was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean.

Mattresses weren't great for the price. Towels were of low quality.

Has so much potential to be quite charming, but the grounds were so trashy. The same Coke can was sitting on the steps when we left as the day we got there. The creek was trashed with debris from the parking lot above. They really should be fined for contamination. It was sad.

I know they lied about the elevator part being ordered and coming in the next day. The second day I asked about the part and received more BS about there being people trapped and the fire department had to get them out. They are not ADA compliant and should be fined for that too.

Had a great stay, love the atmosphere, will stay again!!

door lock was very loose and hard to open had to bump it with sholder to open one of the beds had dirt and hair between the sheets you could tell it had not been changed there was alot of trash in the breeze ways

The first floor is up a flight of stairs as it’s above the parking garage which is filthy. I was given a BS story twice as to why the elevator was out of service. And there’s so much trash that it gets blown or water runoff into the creek below. Both should be against the law and dealt heavy fines. It’s such a shame too, because the rooms weren’t that bad. For us the ac ran warm and there were pubes around the tub and the floor in the bathroom. I just wore my flip-flops in there. But the beds were clean and it even had a little fireplace. The management should take responsibility and have those things cleaned up daily and it should be fine. But it’s very obvious they don’t.
