Quality Inn Creekside - Downtown Gatlinburg

This place was the perfect location, we loved the staff as well as the water view. We highly recommend.

Great location

Not very clean, broken elevator they knew about but didn’t tell us about until after we paid. WiFi was intermittent and complex to use. Property was very noisy and maintenance began before 7am. Not a relaxing stay at all.

Spent 5 nights here, sorry but this hotel needs a MAJOR overhaul. Peeling paint in the hallways, The vinyl floors in our room had clearly NOT been mopped in a very long time. On our first night, i took a shower, walked around the room afterwards for maybe 10 minutes , looked at the bottom of my feet, they were black with filth! Disgusting.

Check in was very easy The staff was very friendly and helpful When we opened the door to our room it smelled very fresh and it was clean All we had to do was walk out of the parking lot and we were in the town of Galtenburg We always had hot water and we were very impressed with how big our bathroom was The cleaning lady came by daily to see if we needed anything And she came one day and we wasn’t in the room And she did a good cleaning in the room while we were gone So I’m sending a shout out to her for the great job she’s doing !!!

We only are breakfast there one day and the gravy wasn’t very warm And the eggs were not real eggs which is typical for a motel

Location

Rooms extremely run down, doors filthy, bathroom filthy, tub wouldn’t drain, toilet rocked because floor bolt was broken. Towel rack falling. Outside walkway to rooms and parking garage absolutely filthy and falling apart.

Every where there is trash, not clean. Finding way to room is difficult and desk associate is not so friendly. Paid 160 per night waste of money. Not recommended

This was hands down the nastiest room I’ve ever stayed in. We got locked out of our room once because the rooms keys wouldn’t work and they said that happened often, we had to go back again to ask for a hair dryer, we didn’t stay in the building that was advertised, we come to find out later that we paid more than double what the rooms generally cost through booking.com, just stay somewhere else trust me

The beds were comfy. Room was clean. Very close to the convention center. The bear walking around was pretty neat to see too. Love the creek beside it. Breakfast was good.

The one thing we didn't like was the back porch area. It needs a serious power washing, also it's VERY DARK back there & with a bear around always, it should be well lit for those that wanna sit outside.
