Absolutely the best location in Gatlinburg! Within walking distance of everything! Balcony overlooking a running creek! The room was nice it looked clean it smelled clean!

There was a definite run down feeling. Not just in appearance but a seeming shortage of towels. No extra pillows to be found. All this creating an undercurrent of discontent amongst the staff.

"Disappointed on several levels. You can do better!"

It is centrally located to the shops, tours and restaurants making it easy for walking around. I used my electric scooter. The mattress was comfortable.

I suffer from physical disabilities. At check-in the attendant was so busy with a conference call trying to train a fellow employee.(his words) that he barely interacted with us. He literally told us to come back between 3 or 4 because we were too early. We were told to park our vehicle in the garage on-site (closest to office). Our room was 2 blogs over, 2 elevators, and past the pool. Why couldn't we park next to our building? Trying to drag luggage. I had to unload my mobile scooter just to get to my room. The front office was so unprofessional. Lastly, the room needs updated with new lamp shades. The current shades are stained with what looks like rust stains (honestly looks like dried blood).I know, right?! So that creeped me out. I was so disappointed.

"Not nice stay"

Upon checking in I was notified that the reserved room was given away. And the new room the amenities (fireplace) hadn't worked. And continued leaking of shower. Both issues were addressed with staffing, Dorian. With assurance that they would be addressed by maintenance. But later was told by same employee, maintenance "called in sick". Worse trip ever.
