Quality Inn Creekside - Downtown Gatlinburg

Location was great. A black bear was there most of the day, it was at our back door every morning, if you want a beary experience rent from quality inn creekside.

The rooms were clean, but need to be updated.

Bathroom sink won't drain, parking was tight

We thought the value was great for what you got in return, the room a bit outdated, carpets old and warn but we were not paying premium prices either. The views from the room were great with the creek & sounds below, beds comfortable, the location could not have been better, right in the thick of all the shops & restaurants and right at the entrance of the Smokey National Park, WOW! The staff was very friendly and the breakfast had a lot to offer, if you are on a budget, you could never find anything better! Oh and by the way there are bears definitely living close by, there was one on our visit that was on the hotel grounds and was a plus if you like nature close up. A great stay and if prices remain the same we will definitely be returning. Our stay lasted five nights & was sorry when we had to leave.

The room was older and pretty worn out but not nasty, the pool was open @ 80 plus degrees out but the pool was very, very cold. But like I said for the money we did not expect the Ritz.

I am a stroke survivor and suffer for a bit from mild cognitive problems. I booked this hotel accidentally and realize it within a few hours and two days before the date. The owner and manager flatly refused to refund the $250. I am on disability so $250 it's a lot of money to me. I can't afford to buy a hotel where I need to 2 1/2 hours away and will have to sleep in my car. There are plenty of hotels out there. If you value kindness or ethics then please avoid this establishment.

Clean. Near downtown. Room fireplace. Balcony where we could hear and see the creek.

Hotel was a little older, with some worn spots on the floor.

I like the proximity to the Gatlinburg convention center-

We were up in the hilltop and we happen to find out by accident about the crossway so we wouldn't have to go up that hill lots of noise from kids running up and down in the hallways The keys are super sensitive and kept getting deactivated. I had to go to the front office several times to get Keys reactivated.
