Todo está excelente las instalaciones el personal muy amable las camas muy limpias y acogedoras la xcomida riquisisa el lugar huele riquisimo siempre andan limpiando , las piscinas excelentes.

Las tinas de los baños solo les falta que le pongan un poco de desengrasante y jabón para limpiarlas bien .

Las avitacionesberan grandes y están limpias Tiene espacio para más personas el desayuno estaba incluido y la alberca está bien

Me tocó llegar tarde y no encontraba estacionamiento y page $30 pienso que para ese tipo de hotel tan grande ocupa más parking porque no era el único que andaba buscando parking y el bańo ocupaba estar más remodelado se sentía viejo pero lo demás si está remodelado la cocina y la sala y el bedroom solo el baño ocupa estar igual

"Enjoyed most of our stay!"

Later in the evening, went to game room to relax with my granddaughter and nieces. Wanted to purchase 4 cards at $25.00 worth of credits for them to play. Inserted the $100 and no cards were dispense. Went to front desk to seek help and was told there was nothing they could do. The best the worker could do was offer 2 cards worth $15.00 on each card and 2 blank cards that I could load with my own money. Asked to speak with a manager but no manager was on property. Call a manager, but was told the manager will not answer the call. I checked out of hotel and still problem was not resolved.

The staff was friendly

I didn't like the fact that the rooms were far away from each other even though I booked way in advance. I didn't like that in one of the rooms the tv didn't work and they couldn't fix it. I didn't like the fact that your house maids didn't respect the fact that I said we didn't need service in our room and they came in anyway after we left.

I am a local resident and a family of 7 a get away from home to be local me and the kids really enjoyed it the only thing was the pool it was not heated but everything else was 100

The kids looked forward to the heated pool and it wasn’t but it’s ok everything else was good
