Beautiful resort-a chess to all of Congress Hall’s amenities. We lived our one bedroom suite: it had a covered front porch with rockets and a private back garden with two comfy chairs and a small picnic table. We lived the live music at the Brown Room

Property was centrally located to everything. Restaurants, beach, and pool at Congress Hall which was right across the street.

Brian the front desk operator was extremely welcoming and accommodating for all our needs.

Major misrepresentation of actual rooms appearance . Stayed inside main house rooms, that are very old, tiny claustrophobic with few antique partially dysfunctional and broken furniture items. Our first room had impossibly small shower and sink less than the size of the airplane ones. Were able to upgrade to a bigger room, but the old smell and overall discomfort was impossible to fix.

Cozy, quiet, well maintained extension of Congress with a private bed and breakfast vibe

The location, customer service, and charm were amazing. The ability to walk to the beach and have an umbrella, chairs, and towels as part of the room fee is terrific as is the easy walking access to everything.

It is understandable that this prime location that also offers access to a pool, spa, and fitness center would be this expensive in August. Walking everywhere is a huge bonus. However, the room was a bit small given the price. That is undeniably part of the charm but it's worth noting.

Location and all of the amenities. We felt very taken care of. Also so convenient to have a little shop on the bottom floor where one could get snacks and drinks for the beach.

Sink are could use more storage.

Location & staff was excellent.

Bathroom should be updated with comfort height toilets.
