La Medusa Hotel - Dimora di Charme

Le personnel est aux petits soins, l'hôtel est tres beau, la vue est superbe, le vesuve plein les yeux.

Installations vétustes : robinetterie de douche qui fuit, et pas qu'un peu, chasse d'eau qui ne cesse de couler. La chambre est belle mais froide, pas tres glamour, ça manque de charme. Petit déjeuner varié mais sans soin sur la présentation, ex = crudités coupées très grossièrement, plats pas tres appétissants meme si finalement bons. Attention, les friandises sur la table en chambre sont facturées (6.50 la poignée de fruits secs), le café avec la cafetière nespresso dans la chambre aussi ! Mais ça c'est l'Italie, mieux vaut le savoir.

We absolutely loved our stay. The staff are outstanding, especially the maître d’hôtel, warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. The location is ideal if you have a car, calm and outside the heavy tourist zones, yet incredibly practical for day trips: about 15 minutes to Pompeii, around 30 minutes to Naples, and under an hour to Positano or Amalfi. You still get a full resort feeling when you return. The gardens are extraordinary, the greenest and most beautifully kept we have seen, and they make every walk to the pool or terrace feel special. Our room was elegant and spotless, with real attention to detail and high-quality finishes, everything felt premium. Dinner service was excellent, with thoughtful check-ins and great dessert recommendations. Parking on site was easy, and getting in and out for day trips was simple. We would come back in a heartbeat and will recommend La Medusa to friends. If you value gracious service, serene grounds, and a practical base to explore the region, this is the place.

Service and surroundings were impeccable - Treated like VIPs and SPA Facilities were fantastic gardens are a dream and pool and dining are both highly rated - Our great waiter Giancarlo made our meal even better

Przepiękny hotel z kapitalnym serwisem. Polecam każdemu. Obsługa w recepcji bardzo miła i uprzejma. Odpowiada wyczerpująco na wszystkie pytania i pomaga załatwić każdą najdrobniejszą sprawę. Ale kwintesencją profesjonalizmu i uprzejmości jest obsługa restauracji. Potrafią spełnić każdą kulinarną zachciankę , zarówno w trakcie śniadania , jak i obiadu i kolacji.. Nic nie stanowi to dla nich absolutnie żadnego problemu. Gorąco polecam i żałuję , że byliśmy tylko 3 dni.

The hotel is a renovated mansion on a hill surrounded by fruit Grover sn with views of the Gulf og Naples and Mt. Vesuvius. The hotel and rooms are elegantly appointed

I was very surprised by this hotel, the staff members are incredible. Honestly nothing bad to say, amazing room the breakfast was the best I had in Italy the hotel is extremely cute and clean.
