"Room needed repair "

Phone in room did not work, so I had to go down to desk. Room needed repair. Area next to tub had damaged sheet rock, and the handicapped bar in the tub broke.

Bathroom floor was not clean, rooms had harsh cool white light bulbs instead of standard hotel warm white, trim pieces were missing and the bathroom caulk was old and moldy.
