"Não esperava um quarto nesse estado de uma estrutura mercure"

Nos colocaram em um flat de condômino, no prédio do hotel.. porém, o flat mal conservado; o chão parecia estar grudento; cheiro de mofo; havia mofo no banheiro. A estrutura acabou gerando muito desconforto. Além disso, mesmo tendo sido oferecido serviço de quarto 24h não consegui contato com ninguém; liguei três vezes, ninguém atendeu

Tudo excelente, o que mais gostei foi da facilidade de embarque/desembarque do hotel e da localização

Acredito que podem melhorar o fluxo do elevador, em horários de pico fica muito cheio porque são muitos andares

"Convenient for a night before a flight"

Location, vicinity to the airport. Snacks, coffee and tea provided.

Decor a bit dated. It was cold and air con was on a maximum and no way to regulated it. Be aware that some of the rooms in the hotel are sublet to another company. So our driver had a problem finding it.

A cama era confortável.

Estrutura do Hotel antiga, quartos com movelaria bem cuidado, mas fora de época. Não vale o valor cobrado, e caro pelo que entrega. Não tomamos café da manhã, acredito que houve confusão sobre a reserva e chegando lá falaram que não estava incluso. O transfer para GRU custa 13 reais por pessoa. Para ir do aeroporto ao hotel é preciso entrar em contato, porém há uma mensagem automática ao ligar para o hotel que informa não haver transfer do aeroporto para o Hotel, então pegamos Uber. Informação não foi bem clara.

Localização muito boa para quem precisa estar perto do aeroporto. Prédio novo, cama confortável e ar condicionado ótimo.

A iluminação do quarto pareceu um pouco fraca. Entendo que tendo uma bancada de trabalho, pelo menos algumas partes deveriam ter iluminação melhor.
