I didnt have much contact with the staff except for checking in and out. The property was quiet and peaceful. I'd stay here again whenever I go back to the Seattle area

"Not very happy with this hotel!!"

There wasn't anything to do or see near this hotel. No breakfast was provided. The lobby wasn't open 24 hours. When we got there, no one was at the front desk and the front door was locked with a number to call. We had to wait 15 minutes for someone to come to open the front door. Not very happy with this place!!!

Fountains outside were nice. The layout inside the King suite was good

All amenities mentioned in the booking were not available. No continental breakfast, no gym, no hot tub, no sauna, etc.. The king bed was very uncomfortable. When one person barely moved, it moved the whole bed. Killed 3 spiders. One of the coffee k-cups provided for morning coffee, was disgusting. I thought it was used but didn’t have a whole in it. It was sticky with dirt on it. The walls were thin. It sounded like the room above us was moving furniture at all hours of the night. We could hear them walking from the kitchen to the bed, all around the room. We both had the worst night of sleep ever. Didn’t even bother with a shower. We left asap in the morning.

Bedding was dirty. Staff gave us dirty towels. I found a roach in the bathroom sink. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY
