The gentleman at the front desk was very kind and helpful

The room would have been nice but it was really dirty and about 15 minutes into our arrival I noticed the room ( kitchen and bathroom ) was infested with cockroaches. They were I. The cubbies and drawers in the cups on the walls under the stove and fridge in the bathtub . We packed up and left immediately . I emailed the property twice asking for a refund but have still not heard back or received my money back from the property .

Location was fantastic for our needs. Staff were helpful and accommodating. Having access to washing machine and dryer- tick.

Constant noise and yelling at late hours of the night was annoying and inconsiderate from other guests. Coffee shopping put front not open as advertised
